Firstly, carbs are not all bad. I think it’s good to throw that out there first.

However, the carbs that are popular in todays society certainly aren’t the kind that you want to be eating as much as most people do. Why do I say this?

The carbs made popular in todays diet are highly processed REFINED grain carbs. These are not that great for you.

Carbs can range in healthiness, and the more fibre, protein, vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients a carb has, the healthier that carb is considered.

These are the ones that we will be discussing today.
