I can help because I know WHY it is so hard to stick to most diet and exercise programs (it’s because they don’t have your long-term lifestyle in mind!) So if you want to have a lifestyle that isn’t incredibly restrictive, whilst also making the improvements that you’ve dreamed of….keep reading.

Who am I?

My name is Bradley Ryder. I have been training myself in the gym for over 8 years and I am now a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor (Level 3 Personal Training certificate pending) . As well as taking on full time clients, I have put this program together to help people get acquainted with the beginner’s process in regards to the gym.

What’s Involved?

For a one time payment of £100, you get access to the 90 day fitness booster for four months. A program with a goal of getting you acquainted with going to the gym, getting a great workout in, and not feeling terrible the next day. It will challenge you, whilst mainly focusing on resistance training for increased strength and weight loss, there will be some cardio exercise for increased fitness too. Workouts will be 4 days per week (but one workout will be recovery focused!) You will gain access to the Everfit app, where you can view and complete workouts, along with logging weight and the ability to direct message me. All exercises have video/photo tutorials and explanations. 

I will give healthy eating advice, and focus on longevity, rather than fad ‘get skinny quick’ diets. This will allow you to meet your goals and still be able to have a life! (Crazy, right?)
